SCORING AND FEEDBACK

After completing, you will receive 2 types of score and a comprehensive feedback of your club’s safeguarding efforts.

The general score reflects your assessment across all questions. It will be displayed as a score bar and categorized into four levels:

🥇 Gold

🥈 Silver

🥉 Bronze

🧩 Needs Improvement

The specific score reflects your individual assessment across the 9 abovementioned workstreams and it will be displayed as a radar chart (spider graph).

Additionally, to better support your club’s development in safeguarding, the Safe Sport Self-Assessment Tool provides:

  • Costumized feedback with tailored insights, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement to help you understanding where your club is doing well and where further action is needed regarding safeguarding.
  • General feedback suggesting key resources that appear to be the most relevant to your club’s needs. These recommendations have been carefully designed by experts to guide and support you strengthening safeguarding policies and procedures. Pease note these results do not represent a formal certification. Indeed, you are encouraged to use the Tool as many times as you need to assess and monitor ongoing progress in your club.
